James May
This British television presenter and award-winning Journalist, was born as James Daniel may on 16 January 1963. May started his career as a sub-editor for The Engineer and later Auto car magazine. He also writes articles for magazines like Car magazine and Top Gear magazine.
He started his television career by presenting the show “Driven” on channel 4. He also wrote and presented a Christmas special called “James May’s Top Toys”. He is best known as co-presenter of the motoring programme “Top Gear” alongside Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond.
James May was born in Bristol. He spent his teenage years in South Yorkshire where he attended Oakwood Comprehensive School in Rotherham. He has also studied music from Lancaster University, because of his interest in flute and piano. May currently lives in Hammersmith, London.
